All our Residential activities are centred around this traditional Welsh Farmhouse secluded in oak-woods, with its own 8-acres for you to wander in.

The 5-Bedroomed House, the Barns and the Grounds all need considerably more refurbishment to bring them into the 21st Century. However, if you enjoy old-fashioned comforts and being bathed in peace and quiet, where the bird-song, (and even the movement of frogs and lizards outside, on a fine day,) is audible, then you will love it here.

We are not publicising the actual address, to retain the privacy; but it is 8 miles from Abedyfi’s 2-mile sandy beach; 8 miles from the Centre for Alternative Technology; and 5 miles from the Medieval Market Town of Machynlleth.

Our 14' Tipi on the hill is available for small group discussions (around a camp-fire), as well as for Healing and Vision Quests for solitary individuals.
