Why counselling?

anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, ill health, disability, identity, fear, relationships, family problems, abuse, trauma..........

How does it help?

It often helps to talk things through, examine our feelings and assess our options with someone else. Sometimes it is not appropriate for that person to be a friend or member of the family. It can be helpful to talk to someone trained in supporting those going through a difficult time. By doing this, you may feel better, resolve problems, come to terms with things that cannot be changed or, perhaps, decide to make some changes in your life.

What next?

If, at any time and for any reason, you feel that you may benefit from counselling, I should be most willing to discuss this with you.

I offer a professional and confidential counselling service. In the first consultation, you will be able to decide whether counselling is the right step for you and we can decide if we want to work together. Fees are negotiable according to your individual circumstances. We would decide your fee at the first session. Wheelchair access is available if necessary.
